  • For most of my career, I didn’t think I needed mental support. I thought talking to someone meant something was wrong with me. But now I know better.

    I never learned how to manage what was going on in my head. And no one ever taught me that mindset is a skill you can train.

    After retiring and working closely with one of the world’s best Olympics Athlete´s, I saw what true mental strength looks like, and realized how big the gap was. That gap is what drives me now.

    This isn’t just about sport. It’s about life. It’s about creating athletes who are proud of who they are, no matter what the result sheet says.

  • I’m not a traditional coach. I’m not going to pretend mindset work is a quick fix. I meet you where you are, no judgment, no ego, just curiosity and support.

    As an athlete, I’ve felt the fear, the pressure, the loneliness, and the self-doubt. I’ve also felt the joy, the fire, the grit, and the breakthrough.

    My approach is empathetic, direct, real, and rooted in lived experience. We talk like humans. We work like teammates.

  • Mental performance coaching is open to athletes of all ages and stages from anywhere in the world. Right now, I work with athletes from 14 years old all the way to professionals in their late 20´s.
