I fell in love with sport as a young girl from Australia, chasing snow around the world.
Along the way, I discovered something deeper than athletic achievements:
the mindset behind them.
Through triumphs and setbacks, including a uniquely challenging Olympic experience,
I came to understand that the mental side of sport isn’t optional. It’s essential.
And far too often, it’s overlooked.
The most defining shift in my perspective came after I retired. I began working closely
with one of the best alpine skiers in the world. Watching his mind set up close, how he
handles pressure, fear, belief, and performance, opened my eyes to the gap between
the athlete I was and the mental strength that’s possible. That gap is my driver.
I started this journey to help athletes not only pursue their goals but develop the tools
that serve them far beyond sport.
My greatest strength lies in my ability to step into someone else's world, to understand
how they think and feel on and off the snow. My approach is rooted in empathy, trust,
and lived experience.
I work with athletes to build self-belief, emotional regulation, self-talk mastery, a
growth mindset and many more skills that matter just as much in life as they do on race day.
If I can help one young athlete overcome a mental block, take control of their career, feel
supported and believed in, or start thinking like the best in the world, I’ve done my job.
I don’t believe in quick fixes. I believe in consistent support and connection. I'm here to make
a real difference because sport ends, but the mentality you build stays with you forever.
